This morning, I watched a National Geographic feature on polar bears.
Towards the end of the show, the narrator showed a polar bear cub, who had apparently lost his mother, wandering aroud, making pitiful little yelps as he searched for her. Everytime he'd approach another mother bear and try to snuggle up to her, she would drive him away.
*Sniff* *Sniff*
