I think every girl (whether she admits it out loud or not) wishes that every guy she has ever been involved with will spend the rest of his living days pining for her.
Meaning he may move on and everything, but deep down inside, he will always regard her as "the one who got away."

who doesn't? but then again, it's not the the girls. it stems from human nature - vanity. so here's my question, what prompted this post? i feel that there's more to this than just ordinary musings. =)
