When people ask me what my life is like these days, I'm tempted to say "Like a Desperate Housewife -- without the illicit sex." Har har. Because I am a stay-at-home mom, with the occasional raket here and there, and any free time I have is spent either at the supermarket, the bookstore, or having lunches with fellow "desperate housewives."
Eric, on the other hand, snickers and calls us "Stepford wives." Which I think is a compliment because creepy factor aside, aren't Stepford wives supposed to be gorgeous and good cooks?
While their husbands are the total dogs??
Ha.
