Saw DOJ Secretary Raul Gonzalez and, in another table, Presidential Son Mikey Arroyo (with his wife) lunching at the Summer Palace of EDSA Shangri-La this afternoon. Government austerity my ass.

Oh, and let's not forget the army of bodyguards who were waiting for (I assume) Mikey outside the restaurant. Like anyone would want to take a shot at him. Oh, right, there's me.

How can Anwar Robinson be out of American Idol.... but not Scott Savol or Anthony Federov?! Are Americans deaf?! Sure, Anwar may not be the best, but he's certainly better than Scott or Anthony!

And there's rumor that Anwar's gay! Not that there's anything wrong if he is, but.... how come 8 times out of 10, if a guy is good-looking and talented, odds are he's gay?!

Lizards (a.k.a butiki) are invading our house! Saw one in my bathroom just as I was about to take a bath... and another one on our kitchen countertop when I went downstairs 15 minutes later! Where do they come from?!
Thank God tomorrow's Friday....

let me tell you about an experience i sort of had with mike arroyo naman.
when i went to corregidor, where tours go like clockwork, we arrived at the malinta tunnel on time to watch the light-and-sound show. but the people there told us there was a delay, so we had to wait around 10-15 minutes. after that show, when we were already back on the bus, our tour guide divulged that the reason the show was delayed was bec. mike arroyo had arrived with a guest (on a helicopter!) and requested a special show just for the two of them!!!:O
i had a pet butiki once. well, sort of. i found him inside a tiny bottle--the kind of tiny bottles where you put little scrolls inside. anyway, he was still inside his egg. i put the bottle in my room. days later, i saw the egg already hatched. he's been the guardian dragon in my room ever since. :)
but i think, after a week, i accidentally squashed him in the door's hinges...
