It was the National Wushu Championships.
Sponsored by the Wushu Federation of the Philippines.
My mom competed against 10 others in the 24-step Taijiquan category.
And she won first place.

hmm... any regrets not watching? i wish the wushu fed is closer to home. been wanting to get back to wushu and elementary swordsplay since beijing. i still got my wood and my aluminum sword from master. did you join us in wushu? can't recall... hehehe

Wu Shu is the proper Chinese term for Chinese martial arts, instead of Kung-Fu :)
